Mellor Olsson – L5 & 6, 89 Pirie St, Adelaide:

Works included a complete strip out and a complete new base build and office fit-out over two levels. Included new lighting, power, sub-mains, distribution boards, and a Cat 6A network cabling system. Also included is the replacement of exit and emergency base build lighting throughout the nine levels of the existing building: Pelligra/Bestec/BB Design.

Brighton Secondary School – Major Upgrades

A new two-story middle school building providing contemporary learning spaces, accompanied by the refurbishment of existing buildings.

The scope of work included the installation of new electrical infrastructure throughout, including consumer mains, a new site Main Switchboard (MSB), sub-mains, and sub-boards. Internal work encompassed power, lighting, network cabling, security/access control, solar installations, and external lighting, including sports field lighting: Hindmarsh/Thomson Rossi Architects/Meinhardt

Slade Heath – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility

Works included upgrading the existing pad mount transformer to 1.5MV and installing new fire-rated consumer mains between the transformer and the new 2500 amp site main switchboard. New sub-mains and sub-boards, 200kVa UPS, 750kVa diesel generator with automatic transfer switch. Power and LED lighting C-Bus controlled. Cat 6A network cabling system, IP-based CCTV, access control, and intercoms. Medicine pick-face fridges were integrated and monitored with the security system.

All installed as per “ISO 05 cleanroom installations” set out by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA): Johnstaff/WSP/Alphaplus

Millswood House – Renovation and extension

Renovation of a symmetrical cottage with a contemporary 2 level extension.

Works included power, lighting, air conditioning, solar, security and access control: Harrold & Kite/Studio Gram

Sage Automation – Administration and manufacturing.

New 5000m² site located within the envelope of the former Mitsubishi car manufacturing plant at Tonsley.

The scope of work included a 1000 amp site supply to a new main switchboard equipped with a power factor correction unit. New sub-mains and sub-boards to both manufacturing and administration. Power was installed throughout the site, including manufacturing equipment, LED lighting with automated control, including light harvesting. The Click by Wire modular wiring system was utilized in the office for both power and lighting. Additionally, a Cat 6A network cabling system was installed, along with access control and security systems: Mossop/WSP/Swanbury Penglase

Sky City Casino Adelaide - Major Refit

Internal renovations were carried out in various stages, including the Barossa Room, Sean’s Kitchen, VIP Kitchen, Pop bar, Oasis bar, Grange Room, and Buffet Dining.

Our scope of work included electrical installations, general and equipment power, new lighting, network cabling systems, access control, CCTV, and C-Bus lighting control. Contractors involved: Schiavello/AECOM/Abeo/Bates Smart.
