Slade Heath – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility

Works included upgrading the existing pad mount transformer to 1.5MV and installing new fire-rated consumer mains between the transformer and the new 2500 amp site main switchboard. New sub-mains and sub-boards, 200kVa UPS, 750kVa diesel generator with automatic transfer switch. Power and LED lighting C-Bus controlled. Cat 6A network cabling system, IP-based CCTV, access control, and intercoms. Medicine pick-face fridges were integrated and monitored with the security system.

 All installed as per “ISO 05 cleanroom installations” set out by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

337 South Tce – St Andrews Medical Specialist Centre

5 level medical building with 2 levels of underground car parking and 3 levels of imaging and medical suites. We provided the base build infrastructure and fit out two 3 tenancies.

Base build works included a 1600 amp supply from a new on site transformer, main switch board, main distribution board, land load power and distribution, lighting, access control, CCTV, NBN lead in conduits/pathways and 7 tenant distribution boards and sub-mains.

Fit-out works for Cancer Research SA, Waverley House Vascular Clinic and St Andrews Breast Clinic. With these tenancies we supplied general lighting, medical specific lighting (cyanosis), Cat 6A network cabling systems, access control, general power, and medical power as per AS/NZS 3003: 2018.

Australian Red Cross Lifeblood – Storage facility

New 2 story laboratory and blood product storage facility. This centre is the Adelaide and surrounds storage hub for blood collected at various doner centres and store in clinical fridges done to -225°C

The laboratory division has the capacity to analyse and separate the donations into specific blood products.

Our works involved a new 400 amp supply from a new site transformer, main switch board fitted with a closed transition automatic transfer switch, 450kVa diesel generator, distribution boards and NBN ready pathways. The fit-out included, general lighting, medical specific lighting (cyanosis), Cat 6A network cabling systems, access control, CCTV, general power, and medical power as per AS/NZS 3003: 2018: Harrold & Kite/Systems Solutions/Swanbury Penglase.

Fresenius Kidney Care Hove – Dialysis Clinic

A new 700m² medical specific building housing a 30 patient clinic offering 18 hours a day dialysis and kidney care.

Our works involved a new 250 amp supply feeding base build main switch board, distribution boards and NBN ready pathways. The fit-out included, general lighting, medical specific lighting (cyanosis), Cat 6A network cabling systems, access control, CCTV, general power, and medical power as per AS/NZS 3003: 2018: Cambridge Commercial/Systems Solutions/Swanbury Penglase.
